Maldon Court Nursery has taken the lead from the Prep School in ensuring the staff you entrust to look after your children maintain the highest standards and expectations.
We understand that you need to feel comfortable in leaving your child in our care and it is a privilege that our parents do so.
We are proud to introduce you to our Nursery Team. They are an experienced, caring and highly knowledgeable group and they place a real importance on being approachable. They will be keen to share your child's earliest educational journey with you.
Nursery Manager - Mrs Kim Callaghan
I am delighted to be part of the Maldon Preparatory School team and to manage the nursery in this wonderful school. I have been working with children since 1994 and have managed a nursery since 2001, leading a team of dedicated staff to provide a safe, fun, and educational environment.
Watching children grow, explore and develop new skills is my greatest joy. At Maldon Court Nursery, we place children at the heart of everything we do. Through sensory play, creative activities and playful early learning, every day is filled with curiosity, discovery and fun.
Our focus is not only on learning but on nurturing happy, confident children. Seeing them arrive in the morning, excited and ready to explore, is a daily reminder of why I love this work.
I feel privileged to guide children through these early years, supporting their development while creating a welcoming and caring environment for both them and their families. Being part of their learning journey is truly rewarding, and I am proud to work alongside a team who share the same passion for giving every child the best start in life.

I am delighted to have joined Maldon Court Preparatory School in the Spring Term of 2018. I have previously worked in both public and private sector nurseries, day centres, nannying, and schools, with over 40 years’ experience in the childcare profession.
I feel privileged to be part of the team at Maldon Court Nursery and thoroughly enjoy working in such a happy, safe, and stimulating environment. I love being involved in all aspects of the children’s activities and building strong relationships with both them and their families.

I am delighted to have joined such a wonderful nursery here at Maldon Court Preparatory School. I have worked in early years since 2011, with experience in a variety of nursery settings, including a Montessori nursery, as well as nannying.
One of my favourite aspects of my job is taking great pleasure in providing a fun and stimulating environment that encourages children to reach their full potential. I look forward to watching each child grow, explore, and achieve this every day.
